3. Product Information

·         We make every effort to provide accurate descriptions, images, and details for all our products.

·         Slight variations in color, fabric texture, or embroidery may occur due to photography, lighting, and screen resolutions.

·         Such variations are not considered defects.

4. Order Acceptance & Confirmation

·         All orders are subject to product availability and final confirmation.

·         We may refuse or cancel any order if:

o    Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.

·         If your order is cancelled after payment, we will initiate a refund promptly.

5. Pricing & Payments

·         All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

·         We accept payments via bank transfer, cash deposit, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for selected areas.

·         For wholesale orders, pricing will be finalized after discussion with our team before order confirmation.

6. Wholesale Orders

·         Minimum order quantity for wholesale: 20 pieces (mixed categories allowed).

·         Discounts are based on order volume and product selection.

·         Final pricing and terms will be confirmed on call or WhatsApp before processing.

7. Shipping & Delivery

·         Standard delivery time: 3 – 5 business days for in-stock items.

·         Stitched/custom orders: 7 – 10 business days.

·         Delays may occur due to public holidays, weather conditions, or courier issues beyond our control.

·         Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

8. Returns & Exchanges

·         Requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 7 days of delivery.

·         Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.

·         Non-returnable items:

o    Custom-stitched dresses

9. Limitation of Liability

·         Delays or delivery failures caused by external factors (courier services, weather, etc.).
